Scope and contact
JFR Digital LLC, doing business as JFR Digital, operates digital marketing and related business services and a hosted business platform. Other businesses and client websites may provide their own privacy notices. When we process information on a client's instructions, that client's notice governs its relationship with the individual. Contact that client about its use of your information; we assist with requests as appropriate. Consent given to one business is not blanket consent to receive marketing from other businesses.

Depending on your interaction, we process contact and business details, information you submit in forms, appointment details, correspondence, account information, communication preferences and consent records. The systems delivering our services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser information, cookies, activity logs and delivery or interaction records.

Providers supporting our CRM, hosting, communications, scheduling, storage and other business operations may process information to perform those services. Our hosted platform uses HighLevel/LeadConnector infrastructure and associated delivery providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, safety or legal claims. A business reorganization or transfer may involve information, subject to applicable safeguards and obligations.
We do not sell or disclose mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers involved in delivering or administering messages may process that information for those purposes.
Communication choices
Promotional email includes an unsubscribe method. You may also contact [email protected] to change your preferences. Where you separately opt in to a JFR Digital SMS program, the signup disclosure identifies its purpose. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Necessary account, security or service communications may continue while you use the service.

Service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, operate features and protect the service. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some functions may be affected. Third-party sites reached through links have their own practices and notices. Retention depends on the service, the purpose of the information and applicable business or legal needs. Audience and changes
