Provider and scope
These terms govern use of JFR Digital LLC's JFR Digital websites and hosted business platform. Contact [email protected] for support or questions. A separate service agreement or order governs purchased services and takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices.
JFR Digital LLC also operates Green Demand Co. Green Demand Co's website and services use brand-specific terms identifying JFR Digital LLC as the operator. The applicable brand terms and written service agreement govern those services. Shared ownership or platform administration does not combine marketing permissions or make other client businesses parties to your agreement.
Authorized use and accounts
Use accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access. Use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not impersonate another person, access another account without permission, distribute malicious material or interfere with the service. Provide only content and information you have the right and authority to use.
Client users are responsible for the permissions and lawful basis for their customer data and communications. Honor recipient choices and the consent given to the identified sender. Access to the platform does not grant permission to contact every stored person or market unrelated brands to them.
Services and commercial terms
Deliverables, fees, payment schedules, renewals, cancellation and refund terms are established in the applicable written agreement or order. These general terms do not create new charges or automatic renewals. Marketing results, revenue, lead volume and business outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in an applicable written agreement.
Features may be maintained or updated. Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and availability. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery. Any applicable agreement and mandatory legal rights continue to govern.
Content and confidentiality
You retain rights to content you lawfully provide. You authorize us and necessary providers to process it to deliver the agreed service. Ownership of custom deliverables and additional licenses are addressed in the applicable agreement. Respect others' intellectual property and confidentiality. Do not upload sensitive information the service has not been configured and contracted to handle.
Email and text messages
We may send account, security or service communications needed to administer the service. Promotional communications are subject to applicable permissions and your choices. A JFR Digital SMS signup disclosure identifies the program and message types. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected]. An opt-out confirmation may follow. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Third-party links and disclosures
Third-party sites and offers have their own terms and privacy practices. Relevant material affiliate relationships are disclosed in the associated content. A link is not a promise about another provider's products or performance.
Access restrictions and ending service
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal obligations, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Termination, transition support, data return and retention are governed by the applicable agreement and our Privacy Policy. Contact us before ending service if you need to arrange an available export of your information.
Changes and contact
We will identify updates with a revised effective date and provide further notice or agreement where required. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions: [email protected].
